Enjoy relaxing, restorative yoga poses while you receive hands-on assists with essential oils to take you deeper into your experience. The unique sequence Betsy designed opens each of the chakras to support balancing the body and mind. The workshop is designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, release tension, and quiet the mind.
Restorative yoga is a more passive, meditative form of yoga that helps release tension through gentle poses supported with props held for five minutes or more. This practice allows for a deeper focus on the breath and full body rejuvenation.
