Grief can feel like a heavy backpack you carry everywhere. But what if you could set that backpack down for a little while and just...breathe? Join us for a virtual Meet & Grieve all about finding moments of peace and freedom in nature while navigating loss.
Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast or just need some fresh air, this interactive event is for you. We'll explore how spending time outside - going for walks, swimming, floating, you name it - can provide comfort on your griefier days. Betsy Bertram, writer, speaker, Kripalu certified yoga teacher & Reiki practitioner will lead us through grounding exercises, breathwork, and an outdoor meditation (which we'll record and share so you can revisit it anytime). But most importantly, we'll create a judgment-free space to share our experiences or simply listen as others open up.
No naturey-expertise required. So tighten those shoelaces, and get ready to take your grief for a walk with us. This virtual event is free but registration is required and donations to Betsy Bertram are encouraged.
